 Collect and deposit rents and other income from tenants. Maintain the status of each tenant and run delinquency reports as well as monthly tenant status reports. If rent is not paid, we will serve notices when it is 2 days in arrears and start action.

 We want to help preserve and increase the value of your investment property, because of this we encourage preventive maintenance and we'll design a maintenance schedule for your property to eliminate the effects of deferred maintenance on the value of your investment. We'll keep you informed of the maintenance needs of your property and large projects, other capital expenditures will only proceed with your consent. We will upload copies of any invoices for standard maintenance items to your Owners Portal. We provide fast and economical repairs including painting, window coverings, new carpet, carpet cleaning, etc using contractors of good reputation at favorable rates. Arranging all routine and/or emergency maintenance in a timely manner, to keep the property safe, the tenant satisfied and costs under control.
